Meet Rev. Stefi Baiju

St. Patrick's New Associate Rector

for Welcome and Formation

Hi, I’m Stefi, and I believe God is always doing something new among us.

It is a joy and a blessing to serve as the Associate Rector for Formation and Welcome at St. Patrick’s.

I am originally from South India, and my journey of faith and ministry has taken me through different cultures, churches, and communities. Before joining St. Patrick’s, I served as an Associate Rector in the Diocese of Chicago.

I hold an MAM and an MDiv from McCormick Theological Seminary and a D.A.S. from Virginia Theological Seminary. I am passionate about children, youth, families, and adult formation, and I love creating spaces where people can wonder, ask questions, grow in faith, and discover God’s love. I am also passionate about creating a culture of welcome, helping people of all ages and backgrounds feel seen, valued, and truly at home in the life of the Church.

I am married to Rev. Dr. Baiju Markose, and we have two wonderful children, Prarthana and Dhyan.

We are grateful to call central Ohio home.

I believe the Church is a place where everyone should know they belong. God is up to something at St. Patrick’s,

and I am excited to be part of it with you. Come, let’s worship, wonder, grow, and share God’s love together!
